Ms. Linda Cugura of Balwyn won the major prize by randomly selecting 1 envelope out of 250.

Village Cinemas & Greater Union “Movie Millions”
Consumers who purchased movie tickets online were entered into the major prize draw to win a Movie World family holiday including flights to the Gold Coast, 5 nights accommodation at Sea World Nara Resort plus a 3 Park Super Pass. They also won the chance to play the “Win $1million playoff game” – an insured prize event.
Six lucky winners participated in the $1 Million Game hosted by Austin Powers on Main Street Movie World.
There were 200 movie themed envelopes. 199 envelopes contained a prize message representing the consolation prize of four Gold Class Tickets and 1 envelope contained

the prize message representing the $1 Million dollars.
Each winner was invited onto the stage, where they were asked to pick a number between 1 and 200. Each winner won the prize that was contained in their chosen envelope.
Unfortunately the $1 Million was not selected, however the happy winners went home with a memorable holiday and 4 Gold Class tickets.
The promotion was extremely successful and was even featured on prime time Channel Nine news; priceless public relations for the brand.
